Professional Development Course Targets Project Cargo Sector A bonus for attendees would be a unique experience to take part in a behind-the-scenes look at heavylift capabilities at the port and operations of Beluga Chartering GmbH.
Companies working in the project cargo sector have the opportunity to support the professional development of their employees by enrolling them in a specially-designed training course in Bremen, Germany next month (October).
The two-day course from 28-29 October is specifically tailored to fast tracking the skills of participants and has been designed by industry professionals.
Project Professionals Group General Manager Kevin Stephens said the second Certificate of Achievement in Project Cargo Management course was open to all companies associated with freight forwarding.
He said the Bremen course included case studies concerning successful project cargos along with tricks of the trade and tactics that delivered competitive advantages to win new business.
The fast flow of information that the industry faced was also addressed through vital skills that improved business communication.
A bonus for attendees would be a unique experience to take part in a behind-the-scenes look at heavylift capabilities at the port and operations of Beluga Chartering GmbH.
Mr Stephens said nine companies from seven countries had so far recognized the long-term benefits of investing in their employees by enrolling them in the course. The first course in Mumbai in January received excellent feedback from the 12 graduates.
